There are some dense asses out there. Gun (ammunition?) control is politics, nothing more.
What happens when they tax ammo (or guns) out of existence and the problems still don't go away? What is their answer then? They'll come up with some more asinine propaganda that their followers will believe because their followers are stupid.
Son of liberty I lost an old friend because he said I shouldn't be able to own a semi auto, I think he'd rethink his position if they tried this.........

Ahhhh well.
Even the Fudds (clueless hunters who believe the 2nd Amendment is for Hunting) will defect away from the gun grabbers if ammunition is taxed.
