The battle of Stalingrad

These are two of the rifles that were used in the WWII battle of Stalingrad

The German K98 in 8×57 Mauser.

The Russian Mosin-Nagant M91/30 in 7.62×54.

I find the K98, a 1939 model extremely accurate

I haven't shot the M91/30, a 1943 model, yet but it has a beautiful bore and I expect great accuracy.

Evolution

This is the engine in my hotrod. Its a 427 .060 over which comes to 439 CI.
I started off using  iron heads then went to Pro Comp aluminum heads.
It has a holley 780 from the mid 70s and an original intake. The cam is one step up from the stock 425 horse cam with 539 lift.
