Makes sense, if your cold, your pissed if your pissed, you kill. My solution to this is to start 50 brand new coal plants with no scrubber's or cleaners, so the carbon will raise the temperature of Chicago within a few weeks ( EPA says it's true ) so in no time the wonderful ppl of Chicago will be as happy as every other warm place in the world, where murder is nonexistent ...............
