Why Cruz Trumps Trump | John Hawkins' Right Wing News

Cruz 2016 !!!!!!

8 comments:

  1. Cruz is not eligible, since he was born in Canada of a non citizen father, and had Canadian citizenship until only recently.
Natural born Citizens are born in the US of 2 US Citizen parents ( or a single US Citizen mother), where no possibility of foreign allegiance exists.
the State Dept. even doubts that Cruz is eligible::

7 FAM 1131.6-2 Eligibility for Presidency
    (TL:CON-68; 04-01-1998)
    a. It has never been determined definitively by a court whether a person who
acquired U.S. citizenship by birth abroad to U.S. citizens is a natural-born
citizen within the meaning of Article II of the Constitution and, therefore, eligible for the Presidency.
    b. Section 1, Article II, of the Constitution states, in relevant part that “No Person
except a natural born Citizen...shall be eligible for the Office of President.”
    c. The Constitution does not define "natural born". The “Act to establish an
Uniform Rule of Naturalization”, enacted March 26, 1790, (1 Stat. 103,104)
provided that, “...the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born
... out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born
citizens: Provided that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons
whose fathers have never been resident in the United States.”
    d. This statute is no longer operative, however, and its formula is not included in
modern nationality statutes. In any event, the fact that someone is a natural
born citizen pursuant to a statute does not necessarily imply that he or she is
such a citizen for Constitutional purposes.

Neither Cruz, Jindal or Rubio are eligible natural born Citizens. Do you think it's an accident, or are they protecting the Usurper Hussein Obama (who was born BRITISH of a British subject father, is likely still British, and is not a natural born Citizen

  3. Obama is not precedent for anything. He is a Usurper, and was born, and still is, a BRITISH subject. The Constitution is still the law. So no, Obama is not my "boy". You obviously haven't figured out that the R tam and D team are the same,
Cruz, Rubio, and Jindal are ALL not eligible, and are covering for the Usurper Obama. You cannot be a natural born Citizen if born to a non US Citizen parent. All are naturalized by 8 US Code 1401, since they were born "subject to the jurisdiction of the US, by virtue of 1 US Citizen parent or legal resident parent. All are also different situations than Obama. Cruz was born in a foreign country, and Rubio and Jindal had NO CITIZEN parent at the time of birth.
How is that super majority in Congress working for you?
The Cruz "candidacy" is making "Conservatives" look like idiots. Get a clue.

    1. Look, Teds mom was an American, he was born in Canada, I already know this, don't you think his people (Cruz's) poured over all the necessary paperwork to file ?!!
Ted is the smartest of all the candidate, by far !!!!!! Look into his speaches, they'll tell you what you should know !!
Plus we, as American's can pour over all his College transcript' something that the HNIC never let the public see, could it be because he fails most of his exams, or is it because he attended on s student VISA ?????!

  4. Ted Cruz is not eligible and KNOWS it. He is helping Obama's "legacy", and therefore so are you.
"Don't you think Cruz's people poured over.." is not a legal argument.
"He is the smartest..." is not a legal argument.

He is not eligible, and you are a fair weather "conservative".

    SCOTUS Precedent:

"The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. ." Minor v. Happersett, 88 US 162, 167 (1875)

    That's a legal argument.
